International Shipping

Disclaimer
From time to time, certain items within gift boxes or baskets may be unavailable to us, unseasonable for shipping (such as chocolate) or may be out of stock. In such cases, we reserve the right to replace the unavailable item with one of equal or greater value, for no additional charge. For international shipping, items forbidden by customs laws will be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value.

Ground Shipping within the United States
Shipping prices will need to be adjusted for orders involving more than one basket to one or more addresses. We will notify you of the adjusted charge, prior to charging your credit card.

We offer UPS ground and USPS Express. UPS delivers in 1-7 days. For delivery within 1-2 business days, RUSH shipping is required, through USPS Express. Orders must be placed by noon Eastern Time to be considered for same day shipping. We will attempt to ship orders the same day, but we cannot guarantee it as it does depend on our work load for the day.

We are not responsible for address errors provided to us, and you will be charged a $10 fee if the gift requires reshipping or incurs a fee from UPS for improper address, so please double check addresses.   

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping as a courtesy to our clients, however, you the client incur all RISK in the international shipping process. It is your responsibility to notify the recipients that a package has been sent to them. It is your responsibility to inform them that they may have to pay duties and taxes in order to receive their package. If they refuse the package, we cannot provide you with a refund. The ONLY time we will offer a refund for international shipping is if we are at fault. If we inadvertently  include something in the gift that is not permissible by customs, then we will take full responsibility for that and will refund you entirely, if your gift is not permitted through customs. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO Addresses

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, please call 1-888-291-4039. These orders need to ship via Priority Mail and it is no longer an option through the website.

Flowers
We are affiliated with grower fresh flowers. Flowers can only be shipped within the US and Canada.  Please view the policies on one of our floral pages, for all further information regarding flowers and plants, including shipping information. All orders placed with our affiliate fall under their policies. Please read their policies if ordering from our affiliate.

Return Policy
Due to the delicate nature of some of our gifts, we advise that customers intending to ship their gifts allow us to ship them. We cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during shipping, if we were not involved in the packing and shipping of the gift. All merchandise damaged in shipments directly from us, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. We are sorry, but our shipping  charges are not refundable. If there is a problem with any part of your gift, please contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation as quickly as possible and provide you with a prompt refund or exchange.

NOTE: Baskets returned to us because of problems with the delivery address provided to us or failure of the recipient to pick up their gift and pay their duty fees (pertains to international shipments) ARE NOT REFUNDABLE due to the time that elapses between shipment and when we receive the basket back. Food items are typically ruined as the transit can take 2 months to complete. In addition, shipping charges are NOT refundable. We are in no way responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us nor for failure of acceptance by the gift recipient.

Freshness Guarantee
We can only guarantee freshness of food items for 30 days after the time of purchase. To keep food fresh, please store it in a cool, dry place.
